[LSX] Changes to the LSX POS iPad app version 6.12.0

• New Checkbox to Configure if a Customer has Opted in to Receive Text Messages
• New Entry of Register Closure Denominations and Automatic Total Calculation
• The Cash Management Button Will no Longer be Engaged When the Register is Closed
• The More Actions Dropdown Menu Will now Correctly Support an iPad's Accessibility Dynamic Text Sizes
• You can now Skip Adding a Serial Number When Marking an Item for Fulfillment and Will be Prompted to Enter a Valid Serial Number Later When Marking the Sale as Packed or Completed

New Checkbox to Configure if a Customer has Opted in to Receive Text Messages

When creating a new customer or editing an existing customer in the LSX POS app, there is now a new option named "Consents to receive marketing SMS" in the section named "Marketing and communications" that is disabled by default.

New Entry of Register Closure Denominations and Automatic Total Calculation

When you close a register in the LSX POS app, you now have the ability to enter each cash denomination type and have the system automatically calculate the counted total for you.

The coin denominations are listed below.

• $0.01
• $0.05
• $0.10
• $0.25

The bill denominations are listed below.

• $1.00
• $2.00
• $5.00
• $10.00
• $20.00
• $50.00
• $100.00

1. Tap "Close register" from the main window pane.
2. Tap "Cash counter" in the upper right hand corner of the window named "Close Register".

3. Enter the individual payment denominations as needed and see the automatically calculated 

4. Once the amount counted has been verified, tap the blue checkmark circle in the upper right hand corner of the window named "Count cash" to finish entering the individual payment denominations.

5. Complete the register closing as needed.

The Cash Management Button Will no Longer be Enabled When the Register is Closed

When a register in LSX is closed, the "Cash Management" button will not be enabled and that functionality will not be able to be used.

1. As we can see here, the register in LSX is closed.

2. Tap the "Menu" button in the upper left hand corner.

3. In the left hand window pane, we will see that the functionality named "Cash Management" is greyed out and not accessible until the register has been opened in LSX.

The More Actions Dropdown Menu Will now Correctly Support an iPad's Accessibility Dynamic Text Sizes

When you change the Dynamic Text Sizes on an iPad in the "Accessibility" section in "Settings" on an iPad, they will now change accordingly in the "More Actions" dropdown menu.

Here is an example of the Dynamic Text Size at its lowest setting.

And now here is an example of the Dynamic Text Size at a very high setting.

You can now Skip Adding a Serial Number When Marking an Item for Fulfillment and Will be Prompted to Enter a Valid Serial Number Later When Marking the Sale as Packed or Completed

1. Start a new sale in the LSX POS app.

2. Add a customer to the sale.

3. Add an item to the sale that has serial numbers that will be fulfilled.

4. Tap the expand icon to the left of the item to expand its details.

5. Tap "Fulfillment".

6. Tap the Fulfillment method that you will use.  In this case we will tap "Pickup".

7. Tap "Pay" to pay for the sale.

8. You will now be prompted to enter the serial number for the item and then tap "Continue".

9. If the serial number that was entered isn't found, you can either tap "Yes, please record serial number XXXXXX now" or tap "Oops, I type something wrong.  Let me try again.", then enter the correct serial number and then tap "Continue".

10. Pay for the sale with a payment type and complete the sale.
