Find Your Unique Identifier

Before contacting Revel Support, be sure to note your Unique Revel Identifier. See below for three methods to obtain this. 

• Revel POS App (Method 1)
• Revel POS App (Method 2)
• Revel Management Console (via Web Browser)

Ways to Contact Revel POS support

There are multiple ways that you can contact Revel POS Support:

1 - PHONE

(415) 744-1433 option #1 and then provide your Revel Unique Identifier especially if you need urgent help.

2 - EMAIL

support@revelsystems.com for non-urgent inquiries.

3 - SUPPORT WEBSITE

Visit https://support.revelsystems.com/

Submit Support Ticket: Click "Log in" in the upper right hand corner with Revel POS support and submit a support request ticket

or

Chat: Initiate a chat by clicking "Shift4 Support" in the lower right hand corner.

How to Find Your Revel Unique Identifier

Revel POS App (Method 1)

1. Open the Revel POS app on your iPad.

2. Double tap the Revel Systems logo in the upper left hand corner of the screen.

3. In the window named "POS Information", you will find your Revel Unique Identifier shown here.  Note: The Revel Unique Identifier has been removed from this screen shot for security purposes.

Revel POS App (Method #2)

1. Open the Revel POS app on your iPad.

2. Log into your user account in the Revel POS app by entering your PIN and then tapping "Login".

3. On the Dashboard, tap "Settings" in the lower right hand corner.

4. In the left hand window pane name "Settings", scroll down to the bottom and tap "Support".

5. In the main window pane named "Support", you will find your Revel Unique Identifier here.  Note: The Revel Unique Identifier has been removed from this screen shot for security purposes.

Revel Management Console (via Web Browser)

1. Open Google Chrome and navigate to your Revel Management Console.  For example: https://mystore.revelup.com.

2. Login with your credentials as you normally do.
3. In the top menu bar, click "Establishment".

4. Your Revel Unique Identifier is located here in the main window pane.  Note: The Revel Unique Identifier has been removed from this screen shot for security purposes.
