There has been an issue that started on 01/22/24 with purchase orders from Lightspeed Retail R Series not being posted to Lightspeed Accounting so that they could be synced with a QBF company file via the QB Web Connector.
Lightspeed has provided a workaround listed below that can be performed to get the missing purchase orders to be posted to Lightspeed Accounting.
- Log into Lightspeed Retail R Series.
- In the left hand window pane, click "Inventory".
- In the main window pane, click "Purchase Orders" in the section titled "ORDERS, TRANSFERS, AND SHIPPING".
- Set the date range starting on 01/22/24 up to current.
- Set the filter for purchase orders to only show ones that have been marked as "Finished".
- You will want to determine which purchase orders from 01/22/24 through current did not come across to your QBF Desktop company file and make a list of them so that these steps are only performed on the needed purchase orders.
- Find a purchase order that was completed with a status of finished starting on 01/22/24 and beyond that has not come across to your QBF company file and click on its ID to open it. * Please note that in this example, the completed date is not from 01/22/24 or later *
- We will see that the status for this purchase order is "Finished".
- Click the drop down box for the status and change it to "Check-In".
- Click "Save Changes".
- Click the drop down box for the status and change it back to "Finished".
- Click "Save Changes".
- Repeat steps 4 through 12 for any other purchase orders from 01/22/24 going forward that have not posted to your Lightspeed Accounting account so that they can then be downloaded to your QBF company file via the QB Web Connector overnight.
- Check your QBF company file the following day to see that the previously missing purchase orders from 01/22/24 and later from Lightspeed Retail R Series have been downloaded via the QB Web Connector.
