I Need Employees to be Able to View Sales History Within the Customer Information on the Customer List. What Security Setting Must be Checked to Allow This?

If you wish to give your employees the ability to view a customer's sales history from within the customer on the customer list, you must go to "Employees", then click "Security", then click "Customers" from drop down menu, and then check the box next to "View Customer Ratings".
