Wise POS E Payment Terminal: Connecting to a wireless network

This article reviews how to connect the Payment Terminal to a wireless network.

Prerequisites

Accessing the Settings Menu

Note

• A Payment Terminal connected wirelessly will NOT function as a Customer Display. The image below reflects a Wise POS E Payment Terminal hard-wired to the POS network, acting as a customer display. 

Accessing Network Settings

In the Settings Menu

Touch Network

In Choose Network, find and touch your wireless network SSID (name).

If you cannot find your wireless network name, or if you are connecting to a hidden network, scroll to the bottom of the list and choose Other.  You will then be prompted to enter the wireless network information.

Enter the wireless network password

Touch JOIN

Touch Continue

Exit the Settings Menu by touching <Back
